• Payment Data: Payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We do not store your full credit card details on our local servers.
• Server Logs: Our VPS and home servers log your IP address, browser type, and access times to help prevent DDoS attacks and unauthorized access.
• Game Server Data: If you use our Crafty-hosted game servers, we may log player IDs (UUIDs) and chat logs as part of standard server operations.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain our hosting services.
• Process your transactions and send billing invoices.
• Provide technical support and respond to your inquiries.
• Monitor network security and prevent fraudulent activity.
• Send automated notifications (e.g., server status, password resets).

3. Data Routing and Third Parties

To provide high-quality connectivity, your data may be processed in the following ways:

• Networking: Traffic to your services is routed through our VPS infrastructure via secure WireGuard tunnels.
• Email: We use Brevo as our SMTP relay. When we send you system emails, your email address is processed through their secure infrastructure to ensure deliverability.
• No Sale of Data: We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Cookies

Our billing portal (FOSSBilling/WISECP) and control panels (Hestia/Crafty) use cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features of our panels may stop working.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with services. If you close your account, we may retain certain data to comply with legal obligations (such as tax records).

6. Security

We implement a variety of security measures, including SSL encryption for all panels and WireGuard encryption for internal data transport, to maintain the safety of your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
