Terms of Service for Ultra Game Servers

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Ultra Game Servers ("we," "us," or "our"), including web hosting (HestiaCP), game server hosting (Crafty), and associated networking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must cease using our services immediately.

2. Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials for the billing portal, HestiaCP, and Crafty.
• Any actions performed under your account are your responsibility.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree not to use Ultra Game Servers for:

• Illegal Activities: Including but not limited to child pornography, copyright infringement (DMCA violations), or hosting malware.
• Network Abuse: Running DDoS attacks, port scanning, or open proxies.
• Resource Abuse: Excessive use of CPU/RAM that negatively impacts other users on the node.
• Spam: Using our mail servers (even via relay) for unsolicited bulk email. All mail must comply with CAN-SPAM laws.

4. Billing and Payments

• Subscriptions: Services are billed in advance based on the selected cycle (Monthly, Quarterly, etc.).
• Refunds: (Decide your policy, e.g., "All sales are final" or "24-hour money-back guarantee").
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback through a payment processor without contacting us first will result in immediate account termination and a permanent ban.
• Late Fees: Accounts not paid within [X] days of the due date will be suspended.

5. Backups and Data Loss

While we may perform internal backups for disaster recovery, you are solely responsible for your own data. Ultra Game Servers is not liable for data loss resulting from hardware failure, software bugs, or user error. We highly recommend using the backup tools provided in HestiaCP.

6. Service Availability (Uptime)

We strive for 99.9% uptime. However, due to the nature of game server hosting and VPS tunneling, we cannot guarantee constant availability. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ultra Game Servers provides services "as is." We shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to server downtime or data loss.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion, without notice, for violations of these terms.
